On Saturday we took Mr. ChickPhilA's dad to Atlantic City for dinner and to see Lewis Black. The day was going swimmingly - when we left the house the Phills had taken the lead over the Twins in the bottom of the 2nd, and everything seemed to be worry free there.
I was doing my best to stay off the phone/twitter during dinner and was doing well with that until Mr. ChickPhilA returned from the bathroom at the restaurant and said, "They're losing".
I couldn't believe it. Didn't they have a, like 5 run lead when we got out of the car?? The phone came out and I checked out what was going on on - thank you bullpen for trying to ruin my dinner!!!
Thankfully, we had a fun evening to make up for it. Lewis was hilarious, even though he was feeling under the weather. He really wants pot to be legalized and he hates pollen. We were able to meet him after the show, where my father-in-law became the funny man joking about crappy AT&T phone service on the iPhone with Lewis - even getting some laughs from him.

Today is a Halladay - hoping Roy can go 9 so that we don't have to see the bullpen and help the Phills secure a 2nd series win in a row.

I've been AFB (Away From Blog) for a bit as we have been crazy busy with the "week plus of awesome" - trips to Hershey, Yuengling, NYC, etc.. I'll have more photos and stories up about the past week or so later on.
